This colorful community was designed by Florence at Adventure Arts, an award-winning visual arts organization working with learning disabled artists to create opportunities in arts and culture. Florence is a talented textile artist and her design, "draws inspiration from the important people in her life — her family and friends. Her love of visiting them in their homes has inspired this textile piece, capturing the textures and colors that make each space unique."

Leaving the world Lusher than we found it

This Knot Wrap is 100% recycled polyester made from recycled plastic bottles. The bottles are collected to GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and are washed, spun and chipped. These chips are melted and go through a fine spinneret, which extrudes the plastic into yarn. The fabric is then printed using heat transfer method, achieving lots of detail and painterly effects. Once printed, it is sewn and finished in Anhui Province, China.
